the pumpernickle poem

no looking at the lake for reflections and ripples

when i get down i give myself a tickle.

by repeatedly repeating pumpernickel, pumpernickel.

if life gets sour and tart as a pickle.

i smile by thinking pumpernickel, pumpernickel.
